Born Jameson Williams, Abstract was born in Plaquemine, Louisiana. While going into 3rd grade him and his family would move to College Park, Maryland where he played tennis and studied jiu-jutsu. It would be a while before he would start rapping, but after seeing the 2016 XXL freshman cover he bought a mic and went to work. He dropped his first song in the summer of 2017 and after receiving good feedback decided to keep going further expanding his sound. Later that same year he would go on to drop his first mixtape entitled, “The Abstract Mind”. He’s done a whole lot more since then, releasing 13 projects and countless singles with an abundance of different sounds and genres, his most resent being “Fast Car Music”. A collection of songs produced by his friends and recored in his dorm room. He’s continued to pursue his music carrier studying Hip-Hop and R&B at Loyola University in New Orleans. At the time this is being written he’s working on his next 3 projects, most notably his upcoming release, “Psychedelic Summer Camp”. A trip into the spiritual unknowing and ego-destroying sensations of the psychedelic experience.
